Since 2005, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most ambitious and accomplished leaders across the globe. I partner with my clients to understand their career stories and create powerful content to strengthen their professional image.
As a 6x-certified expert in resumes, CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and executive job search strategies, I create communication pieces that work in today’s career environment and position leaders for tomorrow’s opportunities.
Why I Do What I Do
No one says, “I want to be a resume writer when I grow up,” but I am certain this is my calling. I genuinely love what I do as it takes full advantage of a few skills that don’t typically fit together. My intensely strategic and analytical mindset is tempered by a love of storytelling and deep sense of empathy for all people.
The journey to my career certainly wasn’t a straight line. As a student, I won awards in both math and poetry competitions, leaving career counselors scratching their heads! It was like trying to play a game of Twister with my interests—left foot on differential equations, right hand reaching for the perfect rhyme scheme.
I made a few pit stops along the way, dropping in and out of programs to pursue careers in engineering, law, literature, data science, teaching, library science, and business. Nothing “stuck.”
Only when I stumbled upon resume writing did I discover my true superpower. I can’t imagine doing anything else.
Today, I bring together strategy, analysis, storytelling, and empathy to uncover and communicate my clients’ superpowers. I don’t just document your career…I take the time to understand your unique combination of strengths, and then I create powerful content that truly reflects who you are.
